Referrals
All enquiries about the services offered by Arnfield Care Ltd are most welcome, and our Head Office staff will be happy to help with your questions.
All referrals are assessed by our Head of Care prior to consultation with the management team. A decision as to whether we can accept a referral will be given promptly after a risk impact and needs assessment have been carried out. For prompt response, referral enquiries should be made by telephone with additional information provided by email. If you prefer, you may download an initial referral enquiry form here and email it back to us. Our email details can be found on the contact us page.
Our highly-skilled staff teams have a wide range of experience and knowledge in working with young people with a variety of emotional, behavioural and other issues. However, our primary consideration at all times has to be the best interests of the young people who are already placed with us. On rare occasions, therefore, we may not be able to accept a young person whose presence in the home may jeopardise the care or well-being of an existing resident.
